DICTS creates and manages University corporate email account. Corporate email accounts are mail accounts that have been customised for KyU community.

The Directorate provides both hardware and software services to all our clients E.g. computer re-imaging, printer installation and configuration, Software installation and configuration e.tc
Library Services
The Directorate developed the Institutional Repository which is built on the DSpace open source solution way back in 2015. The repository now has hundreds of research papers by both students and staff uploaded.

This is the portal where students can perform tasks such as application for academic transcripts, certificates, applying for refunds or registering for graduation online and attaching all relevant documents.
